Position: Customer Support Coordinator

Role:
- Receiving inbound calls from field operatives.
- Addressing engineer personal issues, pay queries, and general wellbeing.
- Investigating and escalating queries to the relevant management team.
- Providing timely feedback and ensuring resolution of issues.
- Conducting outbound calls for wellbeing checks and monitoring the engineer journey.
- Admin experience preferred, but not essential.

- Preferred admin experience.
- Organisational skills, including the ability to plan ahead and handle records methodically.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability.

- Initiative, with a proactive approach to duties and seeing tasks through to completion.
